- Speak to a Lender in order to determine your budget and attain a pre-approval
- Identify area and, more specifically, a lot that you would like to build on
- Work with our Architect to have plans drawn and engineered
- Visit our Design Center to make interior selections
- Close on construction loan and building permit issued
- Pre-Construction Meeting – held just prior to slab being poured so that we can go over plans and features
- Pre-Drywall Meeting – held as mechanicals are installed and home is prepared for sheetrock
- New Home Orientation Meeting – held when home is complete so that we can go over the many features, benefits, and overall operation of the functioning systems.
