1. Speak to a Lender in order to determine your budget and attain a pre-approval
  2. Identify area and, more specifically, a lot that you would like to build on
  3. Work with our Architect to have plans drawn and engineered
  4. Visit our Design Center to make interior selections
  5. Close on construction loan and building permit issued
  6. Pre-Construction Meeting – held just prior to slab being poured so that we can go over plans and features
  7. Pre-Drywall Meeting – held as mechanicals are installed and home is prepared for sheetrock
  8. New Home Orientation Meeting – held when home is complete so that we can go over the many features, benefits, and overall operation of the functioning systems.
