Chris Ferguson began his career in field of Construction Operations with Taylor Morrison, a distinguished career with a large national home builder Mr. Ferguson oversaw operations of over 1600 Homes. During Mr. Ferguson’s tenure with Taylor Morrison, he has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, a guiding force behind its introduction of new product lines, and has also helped the company achieve record-setting Customer Satisfaction scores.
After 12 years with a National Homebuilder Mr. Ferguson accepted a position as President of Operations with NLP Homes where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and brings his extensive knowledge and proven leadership skills to our team in areas including, purchasing, estimating, product development and customer service.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Indiana State University. He and his 2 beautiful twin girls, Allie and Peyton, reside in Fernandina Beach Florida.
Mike Rice has extensive experience in construction ranging from residential to commercial and civil environmental projects. He has proven to bring a strong work ethic, knowledge and commitment to work efficiently with a reputation of getting the job done right the first time. Mike consistently meets goals and specializes in robust solutions resulting in projects being completed on or before deadlines and within budgets.
Mike has received certifications in the Midwest after attending Trade Schools. He began his career in the construction industry as journeyman roofer to then advance in civil and custom concrete. He continued to progress to building commercial buildings but found his true passion in the custom home building sector and bringing with him 20 years of master carpentry to the team.
Mike and his wife, Daisy, moved to Fernandina Beach in 2020 with their 2 beautiful daughters and are very happy here.
